Kathleen DiPaolo

... is an interior designer, who creates innovative property solutions – delivering both luxe living and added value to her clients’ homes. Thanks to her timeless, global design aesthetic, her MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business, and a California Real Estate Brokers license, Kathleen has become a sought-after design professional for discerning clients.

Kathleen’s luxury-meets-value approach begins with a comprehensive assessment of the space to be designed, continues with an in-depth client interview to ascertain lifestyle needs and desires, and culminates in a strategic plan that is executed to ensure both cost-effectiveness and luxe livability, while being mindful of the client’s return on investment (ROI), or – as Kathleen likes to think of it – Return on Interiors.

She has successfully applied this unique approach to more than 300 homes, and her work has been featured in Beautiful Kitchens & Baths, Better Homes & Gardens, the Wall Street Journal, HGTV, among other influential publications.

Kathleen comes by her love of great design naturally – her parents were second- generation operators of a West Coast furnishings chain. As an expat currently living in Budapest, Hungary (via Delhi, India) she travels the globe searching for inspiring colors, textiles, finishes, and objects that find their way into her clients’ homes, and hearts.
